Country Overview

Why Study in Canada?

Canada is consistently rated as one of the best countries in the world to live and study. Its publicly-funded universities offer world-class education at significantly lower fees than the USA and UK, making it one of the most cost-effective options for international students.

For Indian students, Canada holds particular appeal: it is safe, multicultural, English-speaking, and has one of the most straightforward pathways to permanent residency for international graduates. The Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) allows graduates to work in Canada for up to 3 years after completing their degree, and this Canadian work experience counts towards Express Entry for permanent residency.

With over 800,000 international students — including the largest Indian student community outside of India — Canada has built an ecosystem that genuinely supports international learners from day one.
