2. Nature of Our Services

GS Study Abroad provides guidance, documentation support, and advisory services to help students navigate the overseas education process. Our services include:

  • University selection and application guidance
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP) and document preparation
  • Student visa application assistance
  • Scholarship identification and application support
  • Pre-departure orientation and support services

Important Disclaimer: GS Study Abroad acts as an educational consultancy, not as a legal representative or authorised immigration agent. We provide guidance and support; however, final decisions regarding university admissions and visa approvals rest exclusively with the respective institutions and government authorities.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While GS Study Abroad strives to provide the highest quality guidance, we cannot and do not guarantee admission to any specific university, scholarship award, or visa approval. University admission decisions are made solely by educational institutions based on their own criteria. Visa decisions are made by the respective government authorities. Our 98% visa success rate reflects historical outcomes and does not constitute a guarantee for any individual case.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your academic background, personal details, and financial status
  • Submit all required documents on time as specified by our team
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal information, academic status, or study plans
  • Understand that submitting false or misleading information may result in visa refusal, academic penalties, or legal consequences
  • Comply with all relevant immigration laws and university policies of your chosen destination country

5. Fees and Payment

Initial counselling sessions are provided free of charge. Service fees, where applicable, are agreed upon in writing before commencement of paid services. All fees are:

  • Clearly communicated in advance and documented in a service agreement
  • Non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise specified in writing
  • Subject to GST and applicable taxes as per Indian tax laws
  • Separate from any fees payable directly to universities, visa authorities, or testing bodies

Refund policies, where applicable, will be detailed in the individual service agreement provided to each client.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not share your personal or academic information with any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing your application documents with universities on your behalf). 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of GS Study Abroad and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Documents created by our team on your behalf (SOPs, LORs) are created for your personal use and must not be shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than your own application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GS Study Abroad shall not be liable for:

  • Visa refusal, university rejection, or any adverse outcome beyond our reasonable control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • Delays caused by third parties, including universities, embassies, or courier services
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or user accounts
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any disruptive code
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from our website

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
