Country Overview

Why Study in France?

France offers a truly unique combination: internationally renowned institutions (HEC Paris, Sorbonne, École Polytechnique, INSEAD), a culture of innovation and research, and the lowest public university tuition fees among major study destinations — starting at just €170/year.

For Indian students, France is an increasingly attractive option, especially for business, engineering, fashion, data science, and arts programs. The Charpak scholarship is specifically designed for Indian students, and the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship covers top performers from around the world.

France's central European location gives students access to EU career markets. Paris is a global centre for fashion, finance, and gastronomy, while cities like Lyon, Toulouse, and Marseille offer excellent universities with a lower cost of living.
